A client in Tempe, AZ is looking for Supply Chain Specialists to join their team. This is a 4+ month contract with potential for extensions and permanent conversion based on performance.
Location:
Tempe, AZ 85284 - hybrid - onsite 4 days/week
Duration:
4 month contract with potential for extensions/conversion
Pay Rate:
$20.82/hr
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Must Haves:
1+ year of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation or related
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Must be a quick learner and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Day to Day:
You will be joining the Global Mile team within the Cross Border Execution (XBE) division, which supports all imports of goods and freight coming in from outside the US. On a day‑to‑day basis, you will be managing different processes within this space, including but not limited to processing repair claims, escalating containers on customs holds, and communicating and creating reports to other teams within the greater organization. Communication with the carriers occurs through the auditing platform, so little to no phone support will be necessary. We are looking for candidates who have sharp Excel skills, including experience with SUM, AVERAGE, formulas, and pivot tables/v lookups preferably. Success in this role is largely based on your Excel skills, so this is very important.
