Telecom Aerial Foreman
At Bigham Cable Construction, Inc., you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the on‑site expert, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.

What You’ll Do
Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
Safely use equipment such as bucket trucks, dugger derricks, excavators.
Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job.
Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
Safely use hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws.
Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
Be 18 years of age or older.
Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
Valid state driver's license (non‑provisional) with an acceptable driving record.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
At least 3 years of related work experience.
Be a certified pole climber or willing to become certified.
CDL Class “A” driver license preferred.
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Routine: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicles and heavy machinery, use ladders, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift objects greater than 55 pounds.
Occasional: use keyboard and mouse.
