Identify, develop, and lead projects to enhance sales performance, efficiency, and revenue growth Own sales reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights to sales leadership Manage deal desk operations including pricing approvals and contract review processes Design and maintain data structures and integrations across the sales tech stack to streamline workflows Administer sales compensation plans and provide ongoing training on sales processes and tools What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role Strong communication skills and experience working with Sales Representatives Excellent organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail Understanding of mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS sales motions and KPIs Experience administering Salesforce; certification as an Admin is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with Gong, Clay, and Zapier Experience leading training or forecasting sessions Intermediate Excel skills Knowledge of using GenAI tools like ChatGPT in a business setting We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
