Serve as the primary operations partner for the Pipeline Generation Sales Development team, providing analytics and reporting to drive results Own and optimize the Pipeline Generation Tech Stack, including Salesforce and various sales productivity systems Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline creation and SDR performance Implement system integrations and process automations to streamline workflows between marketing, SDR, and sales Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to inform territory planning and lead management processes What is Required (Qualifications)
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems Management, ideally supporting Sales Development or Inside Sales teams Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, including reports, dashboards, and automation Experience with Clari and at least one dialer and email sequencing platform (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable partnering with senior leaders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
