This is a highly visible, hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and enjoys balancing executive support with office management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and serve as a trusted partner to leadership while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendaring, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well‑organized, welcoming, and productive work environment
Manage office vendors, supplies, budgets, and service contracts
Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding of employees and manage payroll
Plan and execute internal meetings, team events, and company gatherings
Support special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership, preferably within a tech or startup environment
Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technologically savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management tools
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
