The Job Center Staffing is looking to hire a self-starter Business Development Representative (Outside Sales) within a fast-paced environment in Louisville, KY. This is a great opportunity to apply and grow your relationship building, and communication and interpersonal skills. This Business Development Rep is a critical role within The Job Center, responsible for generating new business, maintaining and expanding current business, and developing key client relationships. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help grow our business in a large market. This role offers a base pay range of $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr with a Commission package. Commission Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Utilize strategic and research skills to identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods. Client Relationships:

Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of each client, addressing their pain points and objectives. Sales Presentations:

Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services. Sales Quotas and Targets:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets with a sales-driven mentality. Activity and KPI:

Continuously track and report sales performance, utilizing CRM tools and other reporting mechanisms. Focused Time Management:

Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals. Qualifications

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Skilled in effective communication across diverse channels, building rapport, presenting product benefits persuasively, and negotiating to cultivate strong relationships, driving sales success. Client Relationships:

Experienced in fostering strong client relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and personalized attention to needs for long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Sales–Driven Mentality:

Proven success in sales with a relentless drive to exceed targets, coupled with strategic thinking to identify and seize new opportunities. Resilience and Persistence:

Skilled in handling rejection, leveraging setbacks for growth, and staying motivated to convert prospects into satisfied clients. Focused Time Management:

Experienced in expert time management, adept at prioritizing tasks, maximizing productivity, and consistently meeting sales targets, even when working independently. Networking:

Demonstrates extensive networking expertise, leveraging relationships and industry connections to generate leads, expand client base, and identify lucrative opportunities for business growth. Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, entrepreneurship or related field, or equivalent professional experience in sales or related field. Technology Proficiency:

Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software. Transportation:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Screenings:

Compensation:

$70k to $75k base with commission package Paid Time Off (PTO):
