Here Is What You Will Be Doing Ensure rail cars are loaded and unloaded in accordance with customer and FRA requirements Learn, implement, teach, and execute the S7 Operating System Promote a safety culture where each team member understands that unsafe behaviors and conditions will not happen on their shift Maintain equipment and facility Teach and promote personal responsibility for identifying and performing safe behaviors, conditions, and environmental responsibility Act as a positive leader, proactive in problem solving, decision making, organization and direction of people, and utilizing coaching techniques for improving behaviors Hands‑on leadership with operational and technical skills to ensure best practices are utilized in an environment that values professionalism and cleanliness Create an environment for team building with emphasis on individual development and growth

Requirements Of a Successful Transload Assistant Manager Hands‑on experience in railcar loading and unloading preferred Maintenance experience is a plus Leadership skills to ensure team members follow procedures at all times, even when no one is watching Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate with co‑workers, customers, and other company personnel English communication skills essential for understanding and interpreting operational and safety guidelines and related regulations, policies, and memos Dynamic personality to lead team members and put safety first Ability to travel College degree preferred Valid Driver’s License
