Digital Marketing Associate (In Office)

Job Description As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google and Bing to increase conversions, calls, and revenue. You will also handle social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising across platforms, developing both day‑to‑day tactics and long‑term strategies that align with client and company goals.
Responsibilities
Manage Search Engine Marketing campaigns on Google, Bing, Ad Roll, and social media networks
Plan and recommend Search Engine Marketing budgets
Track performance, analyze and report on Search Engine Marketing activities
Create ad copy and perform keyword research, analysis and optimization
Research and create geo‑targeted SEM campaigns and conduct A/B testing
Track spend across all SEM campaigns and achieve targeted ROI and ad spend goals
Understand performance marketing metrics and pricing models (CPL, CPA, CPC, CPE)
Stay updated on best practices, bid‑management tools, keyword tools, and industry research
Attend regular calls with Google and Bing representatives
Collaborate with other business areas to implement SEO/SEM programs and solve related problems
Develop link‑building strategies, keyword density, site architecture, and other SEO tactics
Work as a strong team player with project‑management and communication skills
Develop timelines, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met
Build trusting relationships with internal staff and external partners, providing leadership and support
Manage internal expectations, raise issues before they become problems, and suggest solutions
Work closely with the Marketing team to align strategies and objectives
Maintain awareness of marketing, media, and promotional plans; provide technological solutions such as rich media, mobile, and social networking initiatives
Help nurture and enrich external perceptions of the company to grow market share
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, business, or a related field
Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
At least 2 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
Google Analytics certification or willingness to obtain certification
Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital best practices, strategies, platforms, and trends
Advanced understanding of web analytics, digital search, digital display, basic HTML coding, paid social, organic social media platforms, and computer hardware/software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, prioritization, organization, and time‑management skills
Strong relationship‑building ability with a proactive, results‑oriented, and resourceful approach
Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent product quality
Ability to work independently and within a broader team environment
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
