Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President (High-Impact, High-Trust Role)
This is not a traditional administrative position. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who operates as a strategic partner to the Executive Vice President—someone who amplifies leadership impact, protects focus, and keeps the organization moving at the speed of execution. You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, relationships, and discretion, with direct exposure to executive decision‑making, high‑stakes environments, and national travel.
In this role, you will anticipate what’s needed before it’s requested, manage complex priorities, enable decisive leadership, and ensure the EVP is always prepared for what’s next. At times you’ll be invisible; at others, confidently out front. You must thrive under pressure, think several steps ahead, and operate with impeccable judgment.
