Job Description As a Security Officer - Media Facility Unarmed Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. As an unarmed patrol officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment, helping to deter security‑related incidents while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to support a secure setting, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and report any unusual activity or security‑related incidents per company and site protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
Minimum Requirements
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
