Position Summary Lead the rollout of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve club efficiency and member experience. Coordinate onboarding efforts, facilitate orientation sessions, oversee I‑9 documentation, reinforce training, maintain expertise, provide guidance, champion change initiatives, foster a collaborative environment, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support operational alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead software and process rollout, improve efficiencies and member experience.

Coordinate onboarding and orientation, provide coaching and mentorship.

Ensure compliance with I‑9, onboarding, safety, and operational protocols.

Foster a people‑first, collaborative environment that drives engagement and retention.

Champion change initiatives and cooperate across departments for adoption and engagement.

Monitor and support safety standards and operational consistency.

Model adaptability to change and new challenges.

Develop and communicate processes that meet business needs.

Maintain and promote integrity, ethics, and compliance.

Build a culture of belonging and support all associates.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months retail experience operating front‑end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred: Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, leading a front‑end team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Compensation Hourly wage range: $21.00–$29.00. Additional compensation premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
