The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced. They lead operations including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food & Beverage areas of the store. Responsibilities

Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement. Assess backroom and sales floor areas daily, prioritize tasks, review reporting to identify trends. Establish clear goals and expectations with the team and hold team members accountable. Maintain a fresh, full and food-safe area during operating hours with strong inventory management and Food Safety policies. Deliver the Food & Beverage Standards. Follow up on team members' progress against workload tasks and best practices. Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (early morning, evening, overnight shifts and weekends). Assign daily tasks to team members based on workload and guest traffic patterns. Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors to meet brand standards and keep areas full and maintained. Lead and attend required in-store planning and business meetings with the Starbucks district manager if applicable. Ensure product is available by placing store-initiated orders with vendors as applicable. Stay up-to-date on relevant trends and products to educate team members. Support hiring and onboarding processes for new team members. Subject matter expert on applicable liquor laws and protect store licenses (if applicable). Uphold brand standards and foster productive partnerships with district managers (if applicable). Complete required training and certifications (e.g., Food Safety Manager, Starbucks/Pizza Hut training) as applicable. Fulfill key carrying responsibilities and follow safety and security processes. Support guest services (back-up cashier, order pickup, Drive-up) and maintain compliance with laws. Model ethical conduct, safety and compliance; lead team to embody these values. Lead safety culture, identify hazards and report injuries timely. Model security processes and merchandise protection strategies. Demonstrate inclusivity and lead by example. Address all store emergencies and compliance needs. Greet guests and engage with them in a welcoming way; thank guests for shopping at Target. All other duties based on business needs.
