Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Sign‑On Bonus $20,000 for candidates who apply before 01/26/26

What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs
Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
Supervise individuals seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis
Perform other typical BCBA activities as required
Requirements
Master’s degree in a related field
Active BCBA certification (required)
LBA preferred before starting services
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Clean background, drug screening, and driving record required
