What You’ll Do
Lead and run shifts to ensure high-quality washes and excellent customer service
Coach and mentor team members to support development and performance
Maintain compliance with operational and equipment safety procedures
Stay informed about key products, services, and promotions to support sales
Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed throughout your shift

Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude
High level of dependability and punctuality
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Previous leadership experience

When You’ll Work
8-10 hour shifts (day and night options)
Monday through Friday, with weekend hours as needed
