Promote and sell memberships and retail packages to grow the business
Maintain strong knowledge of key products and services
Deliver a positive customer service experience, especially around pricing and package details
Assist with vehicle loading and maintenance or setup of service equipment
Ensure customers receive an outstanding car wash experience
Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed throughout your shift
Requirements
A warm, genuine smile and friendly demeanor
Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude
High level of dependability and punctuality
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
