What You Will Be Doing
Conduct adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency.
Create individualized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks.
Review student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable patterns.
Partner with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes.
Build scalable, AI‑supported materials that empower early elementary students to reach grade‑level reading proficiency.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula.
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and attentive to how students engage with them.
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements.
Available to work on-site at one of these locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.

It is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
