What You Will Be Doing
Conduct adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies.
Create individualized motivational sessions through gamified literacy benchmarks.
Examine student performance data to optimize instruction and identify actionable patterns.
Partner with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms using classroom outcomes.
Build scalable, AI‑integrated curriculum that supports early elementary students in reaching grade‑level reading standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with specialized certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
Competent in evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑packaged curricula.
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and adept at responding to student interaction patterns.
Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
Available to work on‑site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.
