Regional Sales Manager – Safe‑Way Garage Doors Safe‑Way Garage Doors is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across

Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin . This high‑impact role is for a motivated self‑starter who can blend strategy, hustle and customer focus to expand market share and exceed revenue targets.

Remote | Travel Required . The position is relationship‑driven and focused on building territory, winning new business and growing long‑term partnerships in the building materials space.

What You’ll Own

Drive regional sales growth by expanding existing accounts and onboarding new dealers and wholesalers

Build strong, trusted relationships with customers across the territory

Develop and execute regional sales strategies in partnership with the VP of Sales & Marketing

Lead aggressive prospecting efforts to uncover new opportunities

Generate leads through networking, research, and industry connections

Manage your territory with discipline—planning, forecasting, and follow‑through

Represent Safe‑Way Garage Doors at customer meetings, trade shows and product demonstrations

What Success Looks Like

Consistently meeting or exceeding regional revenue goals

Growing a strong pipeline of new and repeat business

Becoming a trusted advisor to dealers and partners

Expanding Safe‑Way’s footprint & brand presence in the Midwest

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2–5 years of sales experience in building materials (garage‑door industry experience is a plus)

Experience in outside or territory sales strongly preferred

Proven ability to prospect, close and grow accounts

CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred; Power BI a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Fluent in English

Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits, trade shows and demos

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

Remote home‑office based role

Frequent virtual meetings and customer visits

Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs

Visual acuity for presentations, driving and computer work
