Position Overview We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship builder and strategic partner for our clients. In this role, you'll anticipate client needs, develop creative solutions, and drive event strategy success while managing seven‑figure revenue portfolios. You'll be the key instigator who transforms client challenges into growth opportunities.

What You'll Do Client Relationship Management Serve as primary point of contact for prospects and existing clients, building relationships of impact and influence Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals and margin targets Partner directly with client marketing teams and leadership to develop annual departmental budgets Collaborate with clients to bring their brand vision and event strategy to life at trade shows and live events

Revenue & Business Development Drive net new business development

through strategic prospecting and lead generation activities Research and identify target prospects in trade show and event marketing space Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build pipeline of qualified opportunities Qualify prospects using BANT methodology and move them through the sales funnel Develop comprehensive understanding of Triple20's service offerings to expand existing client business Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing client accounts Price client projects and craft compelling proposals

Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Creative, Project Management, and Production teams to develop winning proposals and close deals Communicate project details, changes, and client expectations to internal teams daily Ensure projects in production meet client expectations and align with brand visions Support project teams and clients at trade shows and events through travel

Team Development Train and mentor new team members as needed Share best practices and contribute to team growth initiatives

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years

of B2B sales and/or account management experience with revenue ownership responsibility Proven new business development experience

including prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach Demonstrated success building pipeline and converting prospects into clients Demonstrated success selling into mid‑market segments and engaging large buyer groups Experience winning competitive RFPs and multi‑bidder projects Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Ability to travel 10‑15% and work hybrid schedule (in office Tuesday‑Thursday)

Preferred Qualifications 8+ years

of B2B sales and/or account management experience Trade show or event marketing industry experience Familiarity with sales, account management, and client success best practices Experience with BANT qualification methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) Knowledge of Challenger Sales methodology and consultative selling approaches

with up to $115,000 total On‑Target Earnings (OTE) OTE range varies based on portfolio revenue responsibility and experience level Uncapped commission structure
