Lead and manage the full project life cycle, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust resources as necessary Prepare project budget proposals and perform risk management to mitigate potential issues Track project performance to achieve short and long-term goals while ensuring quality control Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business, construction, or manufacturing Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including tracking and planning projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in negotiating vendor contracts and managing client relationships General knowledge of blueprint reading skills and experience in commercial construction projects Preferred Qualifications
