Base pay range
$13.17/hr – $19.75/hr
Overview At FutureCare Renalis, our Patient Transporters ensure patients are transported to/from the dialysis center and perform basic health care services under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities
Transport patients and clients safely and professionally.
Assist patients and clients as needed for safe transfer.
Communicate with Charge Nurse regarding schedules and additional duties.
Ensure dialysis recliners are disinfected between clients and returned to the dialysis suite at shift end.
Comfort patients and families with support and encouragement.
Stock supplies daily and assist with inventory.
Assist with lab labeling.
Complete "MOLST" communication book forms promptly.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment following all standards and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
GNA certification required.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Comfortable working with the geriatric population.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team‑centered environment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Flexible to work scheduled shifts.
