We are delivering this opportunity within the Fife Health and Social Care (H&SC) Partnership for a Band 5 Treatment Room Nurse to work within the CTAC Service, in a Primary Care setting providing care to patients of treatment rooms within the West Fife area, within relief / HUB working. You will be working as an autonomous practitioner, using your own initiative and clinical judgement daily. The successful candidate must have flexibility to provide cover for treatment rooms within West Fife – (South West Villages, Dunfermline, Lochgelly, Cowdenbeath, Kelty, Benarty). This will be an integration of working within general practices and/or being based within ‘HUB’ settings at Primrose Lane surgery and Queen Margaret Hospital. As CTAC is a Fife-wide service, there may be occasions when you are required to cover other areas outwith West Fife as needed. Within this role you will be working in clinics independently, to provide care and treatment including wound management, venepuncture, compression bandages, Doppler assessment, injections, and a range of evolving nursing tasks – ensuring clinical care and quality standards are met. The Treatment Room Staff Nurse will provide safe, effective, person-centred practice to meet the needs of people in Fife. Responsibilities

Provide care and treatment in treatment room settings, including wound management, venepuncture, compression bandages, Doppler assessment, injections, and related nursing tasks. Work autonomously in clinics while adhering to clinical care and quality standards. Adapt to flexible cover across West Fife and potential additional areas within CTAC as required. Collaborate with a multi-professional team in a Primary Care setting. Qualifications and Skills

Adult / General Nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Experience and ability to work within a Primary Care setting delivering high-quality standards of care. Excellent communication and time-management skills; adaptable to change. Commitment to continuing personal development. Additional Information
