A well‑established wellness‑focused primary care clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive family medicine services alongside personalized weight management care in a supportive, patient‑centered environment.
Base pay range : $64.00/hr - $68.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Review and interpret diagnostic results with patients
Provide preventive care and ongoing wellness management
Develop and manage personalized weight loss plans, including prescribing appropriate treatments
Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, weight management, and lifestyle modifications
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations
Maintain accurate, compliant, and up‑to‑date medical documentation
Provide counseling and support to encourage sustainable, long‑term health improvements
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality patient care
Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
National certification (FNP, ANP, or applicable PA certification)
Experience in family medicine, primary care, or weight management preferred (not required)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Compassionate, wellness‑focused, patient‑centered approach
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
