Full Time 1st Shift 37.5 hrs/week | Part Time 2nd Shift 30 hrs/week | Casual Positions Available | Every Other Weekend Required | Weekend Differential Pay.

Responsibilities:
Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.
Perform treatments as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.
Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms indicative of change.
Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
Computer knowledge.
Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Licensure Requirements:
Must have an active LPN license for the state of Connecticut.
