Overview
The Retail Merchandising Specialist role is part‑time, focusing on assisting top consumer electronics brands with in‑store product displays, retail audits, and project installations. The position provides weekly pay, paid training, and a schedule that supports a flexible, independent work style. Pay & Scheduling
Week‑long pay schedule, hourly rate $17.00/hr, 20+ hours per week minimum Monday‑Friday early morning through midday, with occasional weekend hours during peak periods. What We Offer

Travel to assigned retail stores and conduct visits within your territory Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products Partner on 2–3‑person projects (e.g., appliance or TV installs) Build and maintain positive in‑store relationships Complete assignments per BDS Manager’s instructions Report completion via personal mobile device on time Receive and transport materials as directed What You’ll Bring
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Proficiency with Android or Apple smartphone/tablet, GPS, photo upload, and data reporting Basic toolkit (hammer, drill, sockets, pliers, etc.) – BDS reimburses after probation Completion of BDS online training courses on schedule Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (18+ years, no sponsorship needed) Availability & Logistics
Monday‑Friday early morning to midday; occasional weekend hours Minimum 20 hours per week Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, proof of insurance, and ability to drive up to 60 miles Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, bend, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, and lift 40+ lbs regularly Climb ladders over 10 feet Use moving equipment (e.g., forklifts) as required Travel via flight or other modes occasionally Important Information
