Base pay range $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage).
Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums of $0.35–$3.00 in specific circumstances.
Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer’s wants and needs. They also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day, and may be required to mix paint and cut fabric.
