Position Summary Full-time (40 hours/week) afternoon & evening shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM). Must be available weekends and evenings. Reliable, motivated leader overseeing operations at a busy shopping center in Lake Grove, NY.

Position Highlights

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Shifts: Afternoon and evening (3:00–11:00 PM, 4:00–12:00 AM)

Weekends and evenings required

What You’ll Do

Supervise and lead a small on‑site security team

Perform regular foot patrols throughout the shopping center

Ensure team members are alert, professional, and meeting site expectations

Respond promptly to incidents, escalating when needed, and complete reports

Act as the primary point of contact between the site and security management

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership skills in a security or similar role

Physically able to walk and stand for the full shift (active role)

Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality

Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Reliable transportation to Lake Grove, NY

Comfortable being on their feet for the entire shift and walking large retail areas
