Security Shift Supervisor - Lake Grove, NY
Pay:
$19.50 per hour
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Shifts:
Afternoon and evening shifts (e.g., 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM). Must be available weekends and evenings.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and lead a small on‑site security team
Perform regular foot patrols throughout the shopping center
Ensure team members are alert, professional, and meeting site expectations
Respond promptly to incidents, elevate when needed, and complete reports
Act as the primary point of contact between the site and security management
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership skills in a security or similar role
Physically able to walk and stand for the full shift (active role)
Reliable, professional, and punctual
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Must have reliable transportation to Lake Grove, NY
Comfortable being on your feet for the entire shift and walking large retail areas
