Welcome guests warmly and maintain a strong presence on the floor. Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth, timely service. Deliver food and beverages promptly while verifying order accuracy and presentation. Maintain knowledge of food, bar, and beverage menus to assist guests as needed. Anticipate guest needs and respond professionally to requests or concerns. Assist with opening, closing, setup, breakdown, and cleaning of tables and service areas. Communicate guest orders and special requests accurately to the kitchen and service team. Assist with closing guest checks and processing payments when required. Qualifications
1–4 years of related hospitality experience preferred. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts with AM/PM flexibility. Strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and guest-focused mindset. Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a polished appearance ServSafe and Basset certifications required.
