Retail Store Manager – Apollo Beach, FL
Arch Telecom’s Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand along with Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They demonstrate how to thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus, building new and deepening existing relationships, and uncovering customer needs while recommending device and service solutions.
Responsibilities
Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
Sell personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and up‑and‑coming IoT devices.
Maintain the store’s appearance and operational excellence.
Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
Use digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, actively demonstrating coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, systems knowledge, and reference resources.
Build relationships with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify and handoff small‑business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships and remain accountable for the company’s success.
Requirements
Leadership skills and a competitive drive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Willingness to lead the team, sharing best practices while serving customers and resolving issues.
Operational, financial, and performance management effectiveness.
Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
Previous wireless sales experience.
