Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

Get licensed – Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (support provided)

Meet with clients – Perform comprehensive needs assessments and present life insurance options

Present tailored solutions – Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups

Close sales & earn big – Guide clients through application and celebrate wins

Build long‑term relationships – Maintain relationships, conduct follow‑ups, and ensure policy retention

Stay informed – Keep up to date on industry trends and market conditions

What You Need to Succeed

Strong communication and persuasive sales skills

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

No experience required – we help you get licensed if you’re not already

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in‑person meetings)
