Job Summary
Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy 208 – Madison, WI. Pay: $17.00 per hour. Schedule up to 15 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available.
Sign‑On Bonus
Earn $1,000 total bonus: $250 after 45 days, another $250 at 90 days, $500 at 1‑year anniversary.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy.
Engage and build rapport with customers to create memorable experiences.
Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
Train store associates on HP products and services.
Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready.
Report performance and competitive insights.
Sell products and services in retail, kiosk, or event environments.
Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
Accurately document and report sales and activity.
Ensure workstation or kiosk is clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
Knowledge of HP products and services.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to multi‑task in fast‑paced, team environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Maintain customer confidentiality.
1‑year job experience required.
Experience in electronics, tech, or wireless retail is a plus.
Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast with outgoing personality.
Performance Measurements
Regular and prompt attendance.
Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas.
Maintain low customer complaint and rejection rates.
