Overview Food Service Kitchen Manager needed for school food service in the Hamilton Twp., NJ area. Monday through Friday, part‑time 5.5 to 7 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.
Qualifications
ServSafe® Certification a plus
Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools.
Must be able to work in a team setting, and oversee the operation on a daily basis.
Management experience is needed.
Responsibilities
Food prep/cooking.
Following all food safety and handling procedures.
Ordering.
Inventory.
POS/cashier.
