Alpha is building a superior educational model for students and families, and we need someone who can own the enrollment experience and manage the operational workflows that keep the campus running smoothly.
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct personalized, conversion‑focused family tours that communicate Alpha’s three commitments and build confidence in our educational approach.
Implement and manage proactive outreach strategies to advance prospective families through the enrollment pipeline.
Maintain strict safety and safeguarding standards to ensure a secure environment for students and families.
Supervise facilities management, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor liaison, and repair coordination.
Regularly evaluate data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Be limited to a single, monotonous administrative function or isolated department.
Operate under restrictive, hierarchical micromanagement that constrains your autonomy.
Deal with bureaucratic obstacles that impede substantive progress.
Concentrate solely on documentation, detached from the students and families you support.

Own and deliver a seamless, high‑impact admissions experience while sustaining a secure, operationally excellent campus environment, enabling Alpha to expand and fulfill its commitments to families.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA; or Raleigh, NC

The compensation is $37 USD/hour, equating to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
