Position requires in‑person presence at one of our campus locations.
This role suits proactive leaders who drive outcomes. Join one of Alpha’s newest campuses and influence culture, establish operational standards, and advance alongside campus growth. You will be accountable for the complete family enrollment experience and day‑to‑day operational activities.
Unlike traditional admissions, this role focuses on family tours, establishing credibility with prospective parents, and facilitating an individualized admissions process. Simultaneously, you maintain a secure, compliant campus environment ready for students "+ "and families.
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct tailored, conversion‑focused family tours that communicate Alpha’s core commitments and build trust in our educational approach.
Direct and implement outreach to advance families through the enrollment pipeline.
Maintain strict safety and safeguarding standards for a protected environment.
Supervise facilities operations, including preventive maintenance planning, vendor management, and repair coordination.
Regularly evaluate operational data to optimize workflows and enhance campus efficiency and enrollment performance.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Be limited to a single, routine administrative function or isolated department.
Operate under restrictive hierarchical oversight that limits your autonomy.
Concentrate solely on documentation, removed from direct engagement with students and families.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (field not specified)
1+ years of experience in school admissions or enrollmentExperience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self‑management
Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Available to work in person in pv;
in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA; or Raleigh, NC
