About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our Sam’s Club business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, and Production teams. You will manage item set-up, order entry, reporting, sample tracking, and operational workflows to keep our programs accurate, timely, and moving forward.
How You’ll Contribute
Manage Sam’s Club IDM and data entry, including item creation, UPCs, and portal management.
Enter orders and buys into internal systems.
Review club purchase orders and request prepack information.
Enter bulks in Blue Cherry as WIP becomes available.
Create and update brand item proposals.
Prepare for market meetings; support key follow-ups and deliverables.
Provide day-to-day support for Sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
Maintain showroom spaces and ensure samples are organized and up to date.
Track all inbound and outbound samples to ensure accuracy and availability.
Manage Sam’s Club IDM operations processes, including shipper creation and communication with production teams.
Produce weekly inventory reports.
Conduct Daily NSR Analysis to identify PO date, quantity, or inventory discrepancies.
Cross-reference Costco PO sheets and EDI transmissions to ensure accuracy across systems.
Perform Sam’s Club DSV daily check-ups and ensure all orders are routed within 24 hours.
Review Open Order Reports to identify open POs, date changes, and inventory issues.
Track container status and ETAs from factory to warehouse for active programs.
What You Bring to the Team
Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filtering, etc.).
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Positive team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
