Devoucoux is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative in a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse-related activities, for the territory of North Florida. What you'll be doing
is describing a role in outside sales as a saddle fitting specialist, in direct contact with equine professionals. You’ll apply your unique sales talents and passion for the equine world to: Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns) Represent Devoucoux at horse shows Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service Responsibilities

Prior successful field sales experience You have a clean driving record and are ready to hit the road Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and are an independent and dynamic person You are a passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows Benefits
You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential You will also be provided with a company car + a gas card + iPhone and iPad We will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier (medical, dental and vision), in addition to your base pay and commission We offer a 6 week training program, and tailored continuous training and support 401k Salary
We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan. Potential salary including base + commissions: Year 1: Potential of $55K (including base & unlimited commission) Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85K (including base & unlimited commission) Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (including base & unlimited commission)
