Territory Sales Rep – Hall’s Culligan Water
Hall’s Culligan Water is looking for a dedicated Territory Sales Representative to join our BLC Sales team. In this role you will generate new leads, consult with residential and B2B customers, and close sales of water solutions that do not rely on bottled water.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture client relationships with residential and business customers.
Network, collaborate with other departments, and partner with leadership to discover new growth strategies.
Install or disconnect customer services, retrieve equipment, and make deliveries as needed.
Work flexible hours to maximize customer contact opportunities.
Maintain the highest ethical standards, follow company policy, and professionally represent Hall’s Culligan, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Average salary $80K–$100K, plus uncapped commissions; high performers can earn over $125K annually.
Base salary with a 60‑day ramp period to adjust to commission earnings.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of local market and established contacts.
1+ year outside/field sales or door‑to‑door experience with quota.
Experience in residential direct sales, home security, pest control, or solar industry.
Compensation
Targeted annual base $85K; high performers can exceed $125K. Ramp period of 60 days.
