This 6‑month contract Production Designer role is all about execution excellence. You’ll support a collaborative creative team by building, refining, and finalizing polished creative files that bring brand vision to life. You’ll work across a range of digital, print, and three‑dimensional assets—ensuring every deliverable is accurate, on‑brand, and production‑ready. This is a 40‑hour‑per‑week, remote role, with the requirement that candidates must reside in Minnesota. What You’ll Do
Prepare, finalize, and quality‑check production‑ready files across digital, print, and 3D outputs Execute content and design updates while maintaining brand consistency and layout integrity Collaborate with designers and creative leaders to efficiently implement creative direction Retouch, manipulate, and color‑correct images as needed Maintain and optimize templates to streamline production workflows Communicate timelines, updates, and priorities to ensure on‑time delivery Support Digital Asset Management (DAM) organization, tagging, and usage standards Pitch in on additional projects as needed to support the creative team What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience as a production artist or production designer Expert‑level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong attention to detail with excellent proofing skills Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word Interest in staying current with evolving design tools and technology Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, PBM, or regulated industries Familiarity with DAM and project management tools Experience with interactive design (web banners, email, social) Experience producing compliant or highly regulated documents Apply Now
