Production Designer – Contract Position

We are looking for a skilled Production Designer for an ongoing contract basis in Spokane, Washington. This role supports increased workload during project surges. Ideal candidate has expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to work across various media formats, including video, illustration, print, and digital design.
Responsibilities
Create and refine designs across diverse media, including video, print, illustration, and digital formats.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools to produce visually compelling and accurate designs.
Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
Prepare files for final production, ensuring accuracy and readiness for print or digital deployment.
Troubleshoot design and production issues, offering effective solutions.
Maintain organization of design files and assets for easy access and retrieval.
Contribute to brainstorming and creative sessions to develop innovative design concepts.
Adapt designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Stay updated on design trends and production techniques to enhance creative output.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of production design experience.
Design degree.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
Ability to work across multiple media formats, including video, digital, and print.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with design trends and an ability to adapt to changing project needs.
