Role Description This is a full‑time remote Real Estate Sales role at Wheelux Realty. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and evaluating real estate properties. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, fostering relationships, conducting property valuations, and negotiating contracts. In addition, you will represent the company's values, handle inquiries, and stay updated on real estate market trends.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License – North Carolina or South Carolina or willingness to obtain it

Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge

Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Knowledge of real‑estate market trends and industry regulations is a plus

Experience with property management or similar roles is an advantage
