Summit Spine and Joint Centers is a fast‑growing interventional pain management practice with multiple locations throughout the Southeast. Our practice is dedicated to evaluating and treating both acute and chronic pain throughout the state of Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. With >30 clinic locations and growing, we are committed to providing the highest quality of patient care throughout the patient’s journey. We are seeking an experienced ASC Credentialing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for credentialing medical professionals and facilities, including physicians and mid‑level healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have experience with Medicare and private insurance credentialing. Responsibilities
Verify licensure and credentials of medical professionals and facilities. Track licensure expiration and ensure timely renewal. Complete and submit credentialing applications to insurance companies and Medicare. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date credentialing files. Communicate with medical professionals and facilities regarding credentialing status. Requirements
Experience with credentialing (medical, facility, physician, Medicare, and insurance). Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position is located at the SSJC Administrative office in Lawrenceville.
