What You’ll Do:
Supervise weekend nursing staff to ensure consistent quality of care
Serve as a clinical resource and support to staff, residents, and families
Monitor compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
Make independent nursing decisions and provide on-site leadership in urgent situations
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment across all departments
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and leadership
What You’ll Need:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
Current CPR certification (must remain active throughout employment)
Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, long-term care standards, and SNF regulations
Proven leadership and supervisory ability in a healthcare setting
Ability to lift 60–70 lbs. frequently and remain on your feet during the shift
Flexibility and commitment to meeting the needs of residents and families
Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic medical records
Excellent communication, follow-through, and time management skills
Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor and build strong interpersonal relationships
