RN Supervisor Responsibilities (Weekend Shift)

Supervising nursing staff and ensuring quality patient care

Overseeing daily nursing operations in an LTC/SNF environment

Administering medications and treatments as needed

Ensuring accurate clinical documentation and compliance

Monitoring resident care plans and outcomes

Supporting staffing schedules and workflow

Collaborating with nursing management to maintain high care standards

RN Supervisor Qualifications

Current, active State Registered Nurse (RN) License

Previous RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience

Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required

Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills

Ability to work weekends consistently
