Key Responsibilities
Manage a multi‑line phone system and greet clients with a positive, compassionate attitude.
Maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and process financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
Educate clients on pet wellness and recommend preventive care and hospital services.
Demonstrate empathy and respect in all interactions, treating each pet like your own.
Qualifications
Passion for excellent customer service and genuine love for animals.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to stay calm under stress.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Team‑first mindset and ability to work independently or with direction.
Experience with veterinary software preferred. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required.
