We have per diem shifts available now in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities!
What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well‑being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

What You'll Bring Qualifications of a Registered Nurse include:
Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
