Job Duration:
12 months
Job Location:
New York, NY 10010
Work Arrangement:
(Tues–Thurs in office; Mon & Fri remote)
About the Role Help shape the future of learning at one of America’s most trusted companies. As an AI Learning Strategist at client, you’ll help redefine how we learn, grow, and lead in an AI-powered world. This role blends creativity, strategy, and experimentation — designing bold, human-centered learning experiences that bring the promise of AI to life.
You’ll lead the launch of our first AI Academy, sparking curiosity and building practical, ethical AI fluency across the enterprise. We’re looking for someone who loves to learn new tech, can translate complex ideas into engaging experiences, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make big ideas real.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Lead and imagine: Shape the vision for enterprise AI learning aligning strategy with business priorities and values to identify partners, curate content and bring a world class AI Academy to life.
Design and build: Create hands-on, high-impact learning experiences — from immersive workshops to digital pathways — that make AI accessible, actionable, and exciting.
Experiment and elevate: Prototype new formats, test emerging tools, and continuously refine content to keep our programs fresh, creative, and world-class.
Accelerate adoption: Develop toolkits, real-world use cases, and “AI in action” stories that inspire confidence and curiosity across all teams.
Collaborate broadly: Partner with HR, Technology, and Communications to embed AI learning into all aspects of our culture in a way that is relevant, easy to consume and engage with, and ensures responsible, human-centered adoption.
Measure what matters: Use data, feedback, and analytics to assess impact, iterate fast, and amplify what works.
Be a builder and advisor: Act as a trusted thought partner and able to interact with senior leaders, translating future-skills strategy into tangible learning outcomes.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Experience:
5–7 years in Learning & Development, ideally with enterprise learning strategy experience, including some exposure to tech and/or AI/digital transformations. Must have experience with AI (self-taught, AI curiosity and self-learning all apply).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred). Learning education also a plus.
Expertise
Designing and delivering innovative learning programs in AI, digital skills, or emerging tech.
Applying adult learning, design thinking, and agile experimentation to drive engagement and results.
Managing complex projects, stakeholders, and vendor ecosystems.
Technical curiosity: Comfort with Generative AI tools, learning platforms (LMS/LXP) such as SuccessFactors and Sana would be a plus, and the evolving world of responsible AI.
Mindset: Insatiably curious, collaborative, creative, and eager to learn — someone who’s happy to “build it, test it, and make it better.”
