Restaurant Constance is seeking an experienced, thoughtful, and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our front‑of‑house and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who believes great restaurants are built on care—for guests, staff, food, and community.
The General Manager will oversee service, staff leadership, and operational excellence while helping preserve and grow the heart of Restaurant Constance: warm hospitality, intentional food, and a sense of togetherness.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and support FOH staff with clarity, consistency, and empathy
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including service flow, scheduling, and staffing
Collaborate closely with ownership, Director of Hospitality, and kitchen leadership
Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest experience
Help manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships with Beverage Director
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
Uphold systems, policies, and financial goals while keeping culture front and center
Contribute daily to upholding a company culture of patience, grace, honesty, and unreasonable hospitality to guests and team members
Qualifications
2+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of hospitality and guest experience
Ability to coach and motivate a team
Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
Alignment with values of compassion, community, and togetherness
