Position Summary
The Outpatient Program Manager provides clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for all Riverside Recovery outpatient services across all locations, group facilitation and limited caseload responsibilities as needed, and ensures continuity of care, quality treatment delivery, and regulatory compliance across all levels of outpatient care. Occasional evening support and travel between locations may be required based on program needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all outpatient programs across all locations Ensure programming aligns with Riverside Recovery’s clinical model, mission, and evidence-based practices. Monitor program census, staffing needs, and schedule coverage across all PHP and outpatient levels of care. Provide on‑site and remote operational support, including evening assistance for VIOP and/or IOP as needed. Coordinate services between PHP, IOP, OP, and VIOP to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care. Facilitate and/or assist with group therapy sessions as clinically indicated. Maintain a small outpatient caseload as needed to support program operations. Lead weekly outpatient treatment team meetings, ensuring collaborative care planning and documentation. Support clinical quality assurance, documentation standards, and timely completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Serve as a clinical resource and escalation point for outpatient staff. Provide direct supervision to PHP and IOP/OP Therapists Conduct regular check‑ins, coaching, and performance feedback for outpatient staff. Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of outpatient team members. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient‑centered team culture. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation standards, including DCF, AHCA, Joint Commission, and payer requirements. Collaborate with Admissions, Utilization Review, Medical, Case Management, and Residential leadership to support patient flow and outcomes. Participate in audits, program reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. Full Time Eligible Benefits
