$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr
Work hours: Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Overtime required including Saturday.

Position Summary Motivate and direct a team to complete customer orders efficiently.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in organization of table workflow to maximize efficiency.
Aid in continuous improvement within workflow in processing department.
Ensure consistent flow of work to processors without interruption.
Assure each processor achieves company expectations regarding quantity and quality.
Provide necessary tools for the table to complete orders.
Address personnel issues and communicate to Floor Supervisor any issues affecting shipping.
Check all products before shipping for quality assurance.
Teach employees (new and current) processing techniques.
Key Skills
Motivate positively.
Detail oriented.
Organized, able to file alphabetically.
Work independently and lead diverse group.
Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, SAP.
Ability to read and interpret policy and operating manuals.
Strong communication skills; excellent follow-up and follow-through.
Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Experience 1 year in an office or manufacturing setting leading a team of 4‑6 employees.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Walk or stand for duration of shift.
Occasionally bend, twist, stoop.
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Work hours may vary to meet customer demand.
